Abby Chroman runs social innovation initiatives at Portland State University (PSU) and is a workplace mediator and facilitator with XFORM and In-Accord. At the university, Abby oversees business minors, certificates, international field studies, student competitions, and community events in social innovation and systems thinking. At XFORM and In-Accord, Abby helps teams find new possibilities through managing workplace conflict.

Prior to PSU, Abby worked with Ashoka, supporting a global network of leading social entrepreneurs. Abby has an MS in Conflict Resolution from Portland State University and a BA in International Relations from the University of California Davis.
