Schedule with a Business or Accounting Advisor (below) if you are new, or this is your first meeting with us since July 1, 2026.
AFTER BOOKING: You’ll receive a login and Trial GroundWork Membership. Log in to schedule follow-up meetings and access additional resources.
DURING THE MEETING: We’ll learn more about your business, provide professional advice, and help you understand which programs, services, and resources may be a good fit for you.

When you schedule your first meeting, you’ll answer a few intake questions so your advisor can better understand your business before you meet.
After booking, you’ll also receive access to a free 45-day GroundWork Membership trial, which includes:
Additional advising meetings during your trial period
Access to the Learning Library with business videos and resources
Workshop discounts
You can apply for a full year of GroundWork at anytime. GroundWork is FREE to those eligible for sponsorship.

In your meeting, your advisor may help you:
Clarify your next business priority
Talk through a challenge or decision
Identify useful programs, workshops, or resources
Understand whether Groundwork or another Livelihood NW service may be a good next step
The purpose of the first meeting is to get you some immediate answers & assistance, build a relationship with our team, assess your needs, create a support plan, and connect you with additional services, resources, and programs as needed.

Your trial gives you a chance to experience Groundwork before applying for ongoing support.
To continue after the 45-day trial, you’ll need to complete the Groundwork application. This application helps us understand your business, confirm eligibility, and meet reporting requirements for the grant-funded services we provide.
Because many of our services are grant-funded, we ask for business information that helps us confirm eligibility, understand your needs, and report the impact of our work to funders.
If you you are not eligible for a sponsored GroundWork membership, you may be invited to an optional paid membership, if capacity permits.

If you are returning after a break and do not have a login or your 45-day trial membership has expired, feel free to schedule another “first meeting” or email anyone on our team if you have questions.
