Business Support Starts Here

If you’re looking for business support, you’re in the right place. As we get to know your business and needs through Open Business Advising, we may recommend you apply for one of our more robust programs such as GroundWork, Increase Project, or Ascend. All our programs are free and low-cost.

How to schedule a meeting

In this video I show how to book an Open Business Advising Meeting with us.

  1. From the "Book an Advisor" section, you will see the "Program Overview" tab.

  2. Here you can select "Resource Navigation" “Strategy & Planning" and “Accounting Advising”

  3. Click the " Learn more & Schedule" button under each graphic, and from there you will be able to see more information about the program, you can select “any available” or choose the calendar for any specific advisor.

  4. Once you choose the date and time that works for you, you will be prompted to schedule the meeting, please enter information about topics you want to bring to your advisor, once you click complete, you will receive an email with the meeting information, you will also receive reminders before your appointments.

  5. If you have any questions or need assistance scheduling your appointment, please contact-us from this chat box at the bottom, and we will connect with you.

  • The purpose of Open Business Advising is to get you some immediate answers & assistance, build a relationship with our team, assess your needs, create a support plan, and connect you with additional services, resources, and programs as needed.

  • If your needs go beyond a few questions and a few meetings of support, the next step might be applying for Livelihood NW’s long-term support programs. Our robust business long-term support programs unlock access to greater meeting availability, expanded referrals and subsidies, marketing opportunities, and more. Talk to one of our advisors about additional programs and resources that are a good fit for you and your business.

    Please note that extended program services are offered as capacity permits.
