Using the client log in portal

If you are experiencing issues logging in, review the videos below.

This video covers the two login systems Livelihood NW uses, how to tell which login you need, where to find your password, and where to log in.

This video covers how to log in to the website account, what happens if your account isn’t found, and changing your password.

If you experience any issues logging in or with your account, watch the video first. If the issues continue, please email tech@livelihoodnw.org.

About Account Types

  • You will be assigned a client login by Livelihood NW if/when you are enrolled in any of our in-depth programs beyond Open Advising, or are a member of the Oregon Women’s Business Center. This login is what gives you access to member-only home pages, resources, booking tools, and more.

  • Thinkific is the platform we use to host Cohort learning (Increase Project & Ascend) as well as our Learning Library. If you have access, you will have received an email called “Welcome to Livelihood NW: Your Thinkific Account”. You can use this login on this web page: https://livelihoodnw.thinkific.com/enrollments

  • If you created an optional Acuity Scheduling account when booking a meeting with us, this is a separate login system.

Acuity Scheduling accounts are created by users and are not assigned by Livelihood NW. Acuity Scheduling accounts are available to anyone when booking a meeting with us, regardless of program or enrollment status.

Acuity Scheduling accounts are not needed to book meetings with us, but they do allow you to autofill client form fields and view past meetings that have been booked using your Acuity Scheduling account.

    1. View the video on this page and confirm you have the correct username and password.

    2. If that doesn’t solve the issue, Try visiting our Pending: Action Needed page. If you are able to log in there, it means your login still works but your access is in a “pending” status and we need you to provide additional information before proceeding.

    3. If that doesn’t work, it might mean your program has ended and you do not have additional actions requested. If you believe you have lost access due to an error, or have other access concerns, email us at tech@livelihoodnw.org
