I make a fermented hot sauce with all organic ingredients. I feature rare and heirloom chiles, as well as my very own cultivar, the Hot Winter Pepper, to offer a broad range of flavors, heat and color. I use peppers that I grow myself, as well as some contracted from other Willamette Valley growers.
