About Nong's Khao Man Gai
Born and bred in the streets of Portland, Oregon’s food cart scene, Nong’s Khao Man Gai Sauce plays a leading role in Nong’s nationally and critically acclaimed one-dish food cart. Khao Man Gai (chicken with rice in Thai) is one of the staples of Thailand’s street food culture.
The traditional sauce comes from an old recipe that Nong learned from her mother growing up in Bangkok. While the sauce perfectly compliments the Khao Man Gai dish, it can also be used as a marinade, sauce on sandwiches and burritos, a salad dressing, or just about anything else!
