Tattoo 34 is the only Indigenous and Black owned tattoo shop in PDX. We believe in our art, culture, youth and the health and wellness of our community. Our tattoo artists do a variety of tattoo styles and they have many different artistic backgrounds. Our goal is to cultivate an inviting, meaningful and fun environment, while doing the best tattoos.
