When will my listing be live on the directory?
We will be updating the directory periodically, but your listing will not be live right away. In some cases, it could be live that same week, or it could take a month or more. If you submitted your listing before October 15, 2021, your listing should already be live. If you submitted after, you probably won’t see it until after the new year. Don’t worry! We still have your information and will get to it as soon as we can.
If I need to request a change to my existing listing, who should I contact?
I’m not a past or current client, can I still be included in the directory?
At this time, we are not adding businesses unless we have worked with them (or we have worked with them as PSU Business Outreach Program). If you aren’t sure, go ahead and submit anyway, and we will post if you are eligible. If you are a business in the community, there are lots of other directories you can be listed in. In the future, we may expand to have a community business directory, so go ahead and submit and we will save your listing for if/when we expand to non-client businesses.
