Scott provides consulting and technical services in finance and general management to small and medium-sized businesses. Scott leverages his finance, accounting, and strategic management background to help clients develop sustainable business strategies and long-term value creation. He draws on years of experience leading companies, developing business plans, financial budgets, and investor presentations, building strategic alliances, and conducting day-to-day financial administration.

Scott’s diverse background and experience include working with companies in various industries including: Merchant Services, Manufacturing, Software as a Service, Physical Therapy, Telecom Services, Transportation Logistics, Timber and Logging, Real Estate, Wind Power, and Technology. Scott serves (and has served) as Chief Financial Officer and Board Member in several companies, including entities with up to $50 million in annual revenue.

He has over 30 years of hands-on experience in market research, strategic development, corporate finance, and financial administration. Working with both public and private companies, he has participated in capital raises and Mergers and Acquisitions totaling over $600 million. In his free time, Scott enjoys spending time with children and traveling to new places to see and learn about other cultures.
